Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TjTech website, software products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TjTech, a technology company based at 1 Mutamba, Rujeko, Marondera, Mash East, 00263, ZW.

2. Services

TjTech provides custom software development, web and mobile applications, business automation solutions, and related technology services. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Custom software development and systems integration
• Web application development and hosting
• Mobile application development
• Business process automation
• IT consulting and support
• Vacancy listing and job application services
• Client project management portals

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract:

• All content on the TjTech website (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by TjTech and protected by intellectual property laws
• Custom software developed for clients is governed by the specific project agreement between TjTech and the client
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission
• TjTech retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable components used in development

5. Project Engagements

For custom software development projects:

• Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a separate project proposal or contract
• Changes to project scope may require revised timelines and pricing
• Client feedback and approvals are required at agreed milestones
• TjTech will use reasonable efforts to deliver projects on time, but delays caused by incomplete requirements or late feedback do not constitute breach of agreement

6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals or service agreements
• Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 14 days of invoicing
• Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month on the outstanding balance
• TjTech reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
• All prices are quoted in USD or ZWL as specified in the agreement

7. Vacancy Portal

Our vacancy portal allows employers to post positions and job seekers to apply. By using this service:

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job listings
• Applicants must provide truthful information in their applications
• TjTech acts as a platform and does not guarantee employment outcomes
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or applicable laws

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TjTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TjTech in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality software and services, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Custom software projects are subject to the warranty terms specified in their respective project agreements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TjTech harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction in Harare.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
